We’re doffing our hat’s to the Irish for St Patrick's Day, with our greenest cake yet - A Matcha Tea & Black Cherry Slice.

This buttery shortcake base is layered with a black cherry filling, topped with a matcha tea almond sponge and generously finished with flaked almonds, pistachio pieces and chopped cranberries. Finished with a dusting of sugar snow.
