Fancy a Cajun Afternoon Tea?

Ahhhh, nothing says afternoon tea like... Tabasco? We've gone off the rails today and made ourselves a Cajun afternoon tea! One of our delicious Sundried Tomato & Olive Scones cut in half and spread with cream cheese, sprinkled with Cajun dressing and topped with roasted red peppers.
