After 30 years producing frozen cakes and desserts for trade, we're releasing our first ambient range. The new bakes, three individually wrapped gluten free cakes, have a minimum ambient shelf life of 90 days from delivery to the distributor.

The whole range is sealed and Coeliac UK licenced gluten free, though no one would guess as we’ve made no compromises. Produced in a segregated bakery. Sealed packaging prevents cross-contamination.
Innovative premium sweet snacks can be added to meal deals and/or sold as a dessert-to-go to boost profits.
Stand out packaging with a premium, artisan look and feel. Flavours are clearly communicated. Free from claims are present but not overstated.
Modern trending flavour profiles (spices, citruses, salted caramel, chocolate, seeds…).
