Gluten Free Ginger Cake

A sticky gluten free spiced ginger cake, filled with a lemon mascarpone buttercream, topped with lemon icing drizzle and crystallised stem ginger pieces.

Our gluten free round cakes are a little smaller than our standard round cakes at 9" rather than 10", but taste just as delicious!
